I haven't had time to do the challenge this month, but if it turns out I don't like the texture of my risotto, I'm definitely following suit with a "hot dish". Great idea!cuppyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01909781060020733179noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4385618452071677312.post-21541724707758703002010-03-16T05:48:32.023-07:002010-03-16T05:48:32.023-07:00Thanks Audax & ap269 - I'm so glad to see ...Thanks Audax & ap269 - I'm so glad to see you both *here* - and delighted you like my baked risotto. Give it a try - I've been thinking about switching out the asparagus with mushrooms or peas. I will admit to having leftover baked risotto with a fried egg for breakfast. Delicioso!MrsWheelbarrowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08796052511941711343noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4385618452071677312.post-32092639429584841552010-03-16T05:32:57.366-07:002010-03-16T05:32:57.366-07:00That's a good idea to bake the risotto. It's weird, though, that I LOVE rice pudding. No texture problem there. Anyway, your baked asparagus risotto looks fantastic!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4385618452071677312.post-72857431069813780232010-03-15T18:39:02.574-07:002010-03-15T18:39:02.574-07:00What a Baked Risotto with Asparagus & Lemon!!!...What a Baked Risotto with Asparagus & Lemon!!!! Sundays from 10-2 - fantastic selection - and when the rest of the vendors come back at the beginning of April, it's really amazing. The seafood is spectacular. Hope to see you there!MrsWheelbarrowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08796052511941711343noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4385618452071677312.post-30579768420570940592010-03-14T18:27:59.634-07:002010-03-14T18:27:59.634-07:00It must be risotto day, perhaps because of the col...It must be risotto day, perhaps because of the cold, rainy weather. I made one tonight with dried porcini and fresh crimini mushrooms... everyone gobbled it up. I'll try yours next! Glad to hear the asparagus are finally here. I didn't brave the market in the rain this weekend....Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13676633226935129469noreply@blogger.com
